Refund & Exchange Policy

 

1. All tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
 
2. If the attraction is not available on your travel date due to closure or full slot, you can request for:
(a) date change for open dated ticket
(b) full refund for fix date ticket cancellation request
 
3. If there is wrong option ticket purchased by customer itself such as wrong travel date chosen, wrong nationallity of ticket, change or cancel for adult / child / senior ticket category, refund is subject to approval depends on each attraction's policy. It will take up to 2-5 working days for refund request. Refund will be credit back to your bajet2cuti account in term of points value for next purchase. No refund via bank transfer is allowed for wrong option ticket purchased by customer itself.
 
4. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if the ticket had been misused by customer or rejected by attraction's refund policy.
